1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games, apps, and websites published by NabiGame Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using them, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
2. License
NabiGame Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you got the App from. For Apps obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it.
3. Virtual items
Virtual currency and items purchased or earned in our games have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed (not sold) to you. Except as required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or modify game clients to gain an unfair advantage.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or extract assets from our Apps except where the law expressly permits.
- Do not use offensive or infringing display names.
We may remove leaderboard entries or suspend access for violations.
5. Intellectual property
All games, artwork, music, code, logos, and the NabiGame Studio name and branding are owned by NabiGame Studio or its licensors. Players and content creators are welcome to stream, record, and share gameplay videos (including monetized videos on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch) and to create non-commercial fan art.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. NabiGame Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
