This page explains how to delete your account and data for all apps published by NabiGame Studio on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the web: Juice Fruit: Merge Puzzle, Crazy Football, Blot Up Ink, Dino Egg Blast, Crystal Drop, Bubble Fall, Jewels Miner 2019, Marble Legend: The Ancient Deluxe, Jewel Diamond - Bubble Blast, Word Cross Search, Block Puzzle Master 2020, and Sweet Candy - Match 3 Juicy.
1. How to Request Deletion
Tap your game below. It opens an email to [email protected] with the details already filled in:
If the buttons don't open your email app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The app name;
- Your platform (Android, iOS, Web, or macOS);
- Your Player ID (shown in the app's Settings screen) or the email address linked to your account.
We may reply to confirm the request comes from you before deleting anything.
2. Delete From Inside the App
Where available, open the game, go to Settings → Delete My Data, and confirm. This deletes your cloud save, leaderboard entries, and linked account on our servers.
To remove only the data stored on your device, uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not delete data stored on our servers, so use one of the options above as well.
3. What We Delete
- Your player profile, display name, and player ID;
- Cloud saves and game progress stored on our servers;
- Leaderboard entries and score-race history;
- Links to sign-in accounts (Apple, Google Play Games, Facebook) for our apps;
- Analytics events linked to your player ID;
- Support emails and messages you sent us.
4. What We Keep and Why
- Purchase records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never hold your card details.
- Aggregated statistics: totals that cannot identify you (for example, how many players finished a level) may be kept.
- Legal holds: data we must keep to comply with the law or resolve a dispute.
5. How Long It Takes
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
6. Sign-in & Store Accounts
Deleting your data with us does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, or Facebook account. To stop our app from accessing a sign-in account, you can also remove it in that provider's settings:
- Apple: Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple
- Google: myaccount.google.com/connections
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
Purchases are tied to your store account, so you can restore them later even after we delete your game data.
